Tonight, I meet revelsofthedead and thunderstave on the field of glorious battle. Unfortunately, I still haven't fully recovered from Sunday's bouts. Perhaps the young squire aw4249 will show up for training, and I can take it easy. Or maybe not.

Pain is just weakness leaving the body.

The Nightmare Legion

For those of you that had no idea what I was going on about in my last post, we have started getting more serious about our boffing group. Since we've got a few new people interested, we're going to start setting up a basic training program. And by we, I mean mostly thunderstave. One of our more long term goals is to get enough people to form a Roman style shield wall and train to fight as a group in formation. Then we can go to an organized event as a team and enjoy what is best in life. "To crush your enemies, to see them driven before you, and to hear the lamentations of the nerds."

And for those who still don't get it, what we do is use fake weapons to beat on each other. It's like fencing, but more nerdy and hardcore at the same time. Kind of like medival paintball, with swords.
