It seems that earlier reports of my car not being a dying piece of shit were grossly exaggerated.

So, does anyone out there know where I can get good info on hybrids? It looks like I'm in the market for a new car and I'm interested in hybrids, even if it's just the principle of the thing.

The tax incentives for hybrids was set for a certain number of cars to be sold, per company, and that limit is going to be reached on at least one brand - the Toyotas - this fall. If you want the $2000 taxbreak, I'd see if your hybrid is still covered.

That's all I know, though... and it's just from a news article I read the other day.
