Bret and I were tossing around the idea of doing a small D&D game on Mon, Tue, or Wed nights. Anyone local interested in playing?

Mon/Tues would probably work better for me.

I keep reflexively jumping at anything marked Ithaca and then being like, "Oh... right..."

I let a friend of mine and Pat's know about this. Do you remember Joseph from high school?

I remember the name, but not the person behind it so much.

Well, Joseph's just this guy, you know?

Unfortunately, I don't have the time right now to play. Best wishes for a good campaign!

D&D again 'eh? Anything specific set off the urge this time?

Bret wanted to try it again, but not run it. I'm having fun in our Friday Oswego game and wouldn't mind running it a bit.

Oh, totally forgot to mention that I'll be up for it.

Sure. Now you do this. Where were you three years ago? Huh? Huh?

Three years ago, besides not yet being well settled in Ithaca, I had grown weary of 3rd Ed D&D. It wasn't until 4th Ed came out that I got interested again.

I am Jack's incredible sense of bad timing... :-)

I'm sure there's somebody somewhere in Boston that's playing D&D, if you're really looking for a game.

True, there is. Indeed, I've actually found two gaming groups since I've been here. My Monday night group plays two D&D 4E campaigns. In fact, since Sunday, one of my Dungeon Masters is now a temporary roommate. Every fortnight on Wednesday I started a Traveller group, and that's working well, too. :-)

Sounds like you're doing fine then. In fact, I'd say that you currently have more steady games going than I do. :)

This would be 4th ed? Ya, count me in. Mondays seem the best.

Hey man, what happened with Spirit of the Century? You stopped responding to e-mails and stopped showing up. I thought maybe you drove off a cliff or something.

The last message I got was that it got postponed, and I thought I sent something about that. But to be honest, I've been dealing with a lot of depression issues and at the time it was particularly bad. I'm feeling a lot better now though, and you have my deepest apologies for my erratic behavior.
